Final Project - Re-Topologize & Bake Normals
For your final you'll be responsible for re-topologizing any of your high poly meshes from this semester, preferably one of your Sculptober meshes, then transferring normal maps to the new low poly model.

To do this, you will need to export your sculpt from Zbrush as an obj or FBX... I prefer FBX.  Import that model into Maya and use the Quad Draw tool to create a new low poly version of your high poly sculpt.  The new model will need to be UV'd properly then you can use the Transfer Maps tool to create Normal maps from the high poly model.
